NiyataBook is a personal trading journal. This policy describes data we process when you use www.niyatabook.com or app.niyatabook.com.

What we collect

• Google account identifiers (email, display name, photo) when you sign in.
• Trade journal data you import or sync (fills, symbols, times, P&L, notes, tags, morning ritual fields).
• Referral codes stored in the browser so app links keep your invite.
• Feedback you submit on the feedback page.

How we use it

To run your journal, analytics snapshots, plan entitlements, and support. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your book to give stock tips.

Storage

User data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions) with user-scoped documents. You can request deletion via feedback.

Legal

We aim to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. NiyataBook is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.
